My home is a detached villa situated in a quiet residential area. On the first floor my guests will have two double bedrooms with their own private family bathroom with walk in shower and a jacuzzi bath, Bedroom 3 is situated on the ground floor, has a single bed, en-suite walk in shower and vanity unit towels supplied. Guest private sitting room, which has a 52-inch television with Virgin TV Package and Netflix plus Amazon Prime full broadband. Continental Breakfast is included in the price.

The picturesque setting on the canal bank means you are directly between the Falkirk Wheel and the famous Kelpies, the perfect base for exploring!

The flat has great views over countryside, while being only 1km from Motorway junctions to Glasgow/Edinburgh, and 1km from Larbert Train Station. Parking space, (off-street) at the front of the property for guests to use , great dedicated WiFi, kettle with coffee/tea/water and breakfast snacks all provided, a microwave, crockery, and a fridge to allow you to prepare food/eat-in. Expect exceptional levels of cleanliness!

The bed is super comfortable, breakfast more than adequate; you may soak in a hot bath (please note: no shower) after a busy day, sit down at the piano, or spend time relaxing in the gardens. This is a family home, not a hotel! We have been welcoming people for many years and prefer to keep it relaxed and harmonious 😊 Absolutely no drinking alcohol in the room/house please. CraigparkHouse Bed and Breakfast….Hill View room

CraigparkHouse BnB is situated in a semi rural location yet only a 10 minute walk to the direct train link to Glasgow (30 minutes ) or Edinburgh (40 minutes). We have lots of countryside walks on our doorstep and two lochs for trout fishing. There are lots of eating places only a ten minute drive away and we are only a half hour drive to the famous Falkirk Wheel and also to New Lanark World Heritage site.

Riggend Farm stables

Riggend farm is on a 40 acre site with children's play park. The barn has been lovingly restored by ourselves to create a modern yet cosy accommodation for our guest's. We have 1 double Bedroom that sleeps 2 people. These rooms are Room Only no breakfast . Please not also this is a bedroom with ensuite not a full house . We are situated between Glasgow and Edinburgh just off the M80 motorway.
