When staying in our space, we have a variety of beach toys and towels that we welcome guests to use. The Ironman triathletes are also welcome.

This is on one acre in Kona's safest and most desirable neighborhoods. It is the downstairs of a large home where I live quietly upstairs. You share nothing, the pool and spa are yours exclusively while you are here.

After a fun-filled day exploring the Big Island, relax by the fire pit and cook up some local fare on the grill surrounded by a lush setting.

Stay a short walk from Magic Sands Beach in this complete home. This three bedroom and three and half bath house includes an outdoor shower and bathroom, a ping pong table, and your own tree house. This is a legal and permitted vacation rental with no agency and on-island owner hosts. You can hang out in a hammock on the lanai while you BBQ your dinner after the beach. The perfect spot to explore Hawai'i island and only three miles from downtown Kailua-Kona.

Located at 2500 feet elevation, we offer our downstairs, two-bedroom, one-bathroom Ohana. Our house is located on a quiet Kona coffee farm. We enjoy wonderful ocean views, and cool mountain mornings (a nice escape for hot and sunny downtown Kona (15 to 20 minutes away). We have trees everywhere and our place borders the state forest. Our house is a perfect place to make your base-camp and then head out each day for your adventures.
