Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Custom spiral staircase accesses carpeted sleeping loft with books, TV, rocking chair. Enjoy the quiet off season brings to the area when most camps are shuttered for winter. Enjoy staying in and cooking and taking in the cozy atmosphere or make the approximately 20 minute drive to Smugglers Notch or enjoy other local attractions.

In Alburgh, VT, just north of N. Hero, our cottages face Isle LaMotte to the west, with spectacular lake and sunset views. We have 8 cottages on site, so if you don’t see what you need, please ask. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

Equipped with a 60ft aluminum dock to fulfill your fishing pleasures. Boat launch on premises for small boats (ex: small bass boats). One boat and trailer allowed. Enjoy gorgeous, west facing sunsets most nights on the Adirondack swing or while eating dinner on the spacious deck. Out back enjoy a large area for your recreational desires.

Newly constructed centrally located charming cottage with lake views on the east shore of Grand Isle. Step out your front door and enjoy a walk, run or bike ride along the quiet scenic road that winds along Lake Champlain. Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront.
