The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.

PARTY POLICY: The enchanted Forest is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood and no parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property.
