Welcome to Casa De Mariposas, a wooded 5-acre oasis on the Placer Wine Trail in Auburn CA. The neighbors are all farmers and vineyards, and we often watch the deer, quail, foxes, and coyotes run across the yard or eat the wild blackberries. Enjoy an evening BBQ on the deck exploring the night sky. This is a small 900sft 1940’s cabin with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a small bathroom on the main floor. Only 3 homes tucked away down this long driveway. Feels rural but close to Grocery store, downtown and to confluence!

The Inkling -Studio Guesthouse Downtown 2 beds

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.

The Crooked Inn is truly a gem located right between walking distance to both the Auburn State Rec Area and Downtown Auburn. All the benefits of a house, with all the conveniences of a hotel.
