In the main floor there is a large living area with an American bar kitchen with2 big sliding glass doors providing a breathtaking sea view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Morocco Coast, a flat TV, sofa bed, dining area.... there is an open corridor that leads to 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. There are also 2 large terraces with a lounge area, barbecue, and a garden, where you can place your sun beds and enjoy the sun, the sea view and the spectacular coast of Morocco. 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach with several restaurants and bars,5 min walk, there are 2 restaurant, a tavern type familial and the other at the feet of high quality coastal The house and the area are perfect for families, groups, or golfers alike, whether you're looking for a relaxing break in the sun, an active holiday, or the opportunity to discover the unspoilt Spain of the Costa de la Luz.

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

It is in a landscape reserve full of birds, at the top of a hill, next to Caminito del Rey and El Torcal and in the centre of Andalusia to visit other cities. Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Restored in April 2021 the cottage is just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove and modern appliances. Distribuida en dos plantas, dispone en planta baja de un amplio salón con chimenea, una cocina tipo americana, totalmente equipada, un baño completo y un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio. En planta alta cuenta con dos dormitorios con dos camas individuales cada uno. En la zona exterior dispone de una piscina privada, dos barbacoas (una de carbón, y otra de gas), merendero y árboles frutales.

El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 40€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.
