It's an easy walk of 3 minutes to either location and both have some of the best beaches in the world. There are lots of reefs just off the beach, for lobster hunting. This house has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation and make some great memories.

This special cottage is ideal for a peaceful get away for the whole family. Located 25 steps away from the unique beaches of Bahamas. This cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps up to eight. There is a full kitchen and living room along with two full baths. There is a large front porch for additional relaxing space. The cottage shares two pools within the middle common area. One pool is heated and the other a bit more refreshing. If you want an absolutely quiet place to getaway - this is it!

Sunset cottage is located on the sea of Abaco in the historic settlement near bars , restaurants, grocery stores , liquor stores and churches . You will enjoy some of the prettiest sunsets out the front door you will see lots of sealife out the front door and off the dock . Our dock will accommodate outboard boats . New Plymouth settlement has fewer mosquitoes and noseeum's compared to anywhere out of the settlement.
