The Pavo is located 0.8 miles from the OU Stadium and 0.5 miles from Campus Corner, providing a perfect location for walkability to all that the OU Campus area has to offer. This unique studio space has an open floor plan, murphy bed, vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen. Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

Game days are a blast with a short walk (0.5 miles) to the football stadium. Campus retreat 4 blocks to OU and downtown.

Unique private guest suite comprising the entire 950 sq. ft. of the whole upstairs of the home with its own private entrance. Come and go as you please. The suite features a full kitchen, a bath with a shower and separate tub, a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a bedroom with a queen bed and a balcony. There is an area off the dining area with a double daybed which can be sealed off with the sliding closet doors. The suite features your own central heat and air units.

The Nestled Inn

Get away to a limitless Nestled Retreat. This all-in-one level accessible home features a pleasant great room, complete with a queen sofa bed and an open full kitchen. There are two barrier-free bathrooms, two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a second with a queen bed.
