Cute, clean & cozy guest house located off the beaten path 20 minutes from Ruidoso & Capitan. Close to Bonito & Alto Lake and Ski Apache. Great area for hiking, biking, hunting, fishing or a peaceful couples retreat. The home can accommodate 2 adults comfortably. There is no cable television however we do provide firestick (Netflix, Prime, etc…) and WiFi. During times of heavy snow book at your own risk. Four wheel drive or chains will be necessary. We are two miles off state highway 37. NO PETS

One bedroom with queen, also a sofa bed in the living area that connects w/kitchenette. Save money by cooking in. Balcony looks out on trees with a creek and ducks below. Electronic lock access for easy check in/out. No WiFi. Condo does have heating, cooling, fireplace, cable, towels, and plates/pans/utensils for cooking.

You deserve a get away! We have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin on 1.1 acres that is close to town, yet has that out of town feel. The cabin is 440 square feet and has all the amenities you need. A full kitchen, shower and bath, and a queen bed in the bedroom make this cozy cabin comfortable. The love seat in the living area folds out into an individual twin bed. Fawn ridge cabin also has a fireplace and outdoor decks to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Don't forget about the jacuzzi!
