We have renewed the house but have kept the place a Japanese ski chalet, the lounge has retained the high ceilings with wood walls. We have a new kitchen, toilets with washlets, bathroom basins, all new windows throughout, and floor heating in the ski room/ entrance and first floor bathroom.

Vacation house near Noboribetsu Onsen

It is a very quiet place surrounded by nature. A BBQ space in front of the river in the backyard is available for bonfires and wood-chopping. Hammocks and swings are available for guests with children. Located just a few minutes drive to Noboribetsu Onsen district, you can enjoy many day-trip hot springs. There is a convenience store within walking distance. We recommend staying at least 2 nights and driving. Travel by bus or cab is inconvenient.

This spacious two bedroom chalet split over two floors in Izumikyo is a few minutes from Hirafu resort. Bedroom 1 has 1 x queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 x single beds. A fully equipped kitchen, WIFI is standard, as well as a washing machine. There is car parking for one car at the property. There is a TV with an HDMI cable for screening Netflix's etc (no local or cable TV).

Although the house is conveniently located with restaurants and cafes within walking distance, there is a quiet forest behind the house. A wood stove warms your cold body from the core after a day of snow sports. Please spend a wonderful time with your loved ones around the fantastically flickering flames. We also welcome guests with their dogs.
