Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. Mermaid Ranch sits on 23 gorgeous acres of forested country land overlooking Long Lake and the Spokane river. Mermaid Ranch guests can enjoy our in-ground unheated private pool and Hot tub (Seasonally Opened May - Mid October dependent on weather) and sweeping river view. Our log cabin style home is 20 minutes from Spokane International airport and downtown Spokane.

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.
