Located in a quiet neighborhood, this newly renovated house is situated close to the Niagara River. Our property is a 10-minute walk to the Niagara Falls. It is an ideal retreat for those seeking a scenic view while enjoying being close proximity to all of Niagara Falls' main activities. Quiet hours begin at 7:00 PM. No gatherings, parties, music, or loud sounds are permitted at any time. no additional visitors or extra guests are permitted. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.

Our cozy little getaway

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The house was built in the 1930s. I have renovated this old girl top to bottom including all the infrastructure. Brand new electrical and plumbing as well as HVAC systems thru-out. The ABB has its own water heater for convenience and piece of mind. Upgraded filtration on the furnace and added a UV lamp for removal of alergioents. Water filtration and water softener are also a part of the plumbing system. I hope your stay will be enjoyable! :)
