The well equipped kitchen & breakfast area has a range cooker and opens into a generous dining room. The living room opens onto a private patio and garden. A ground floor bedroom and bathroom allow less mobile visitors to be included.

There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

Relax on our old repurposed farm in a fantastic location just 15 minutes from Norwich, 15 minutes from The Broads AONB or travel 20 minutes to the historic market town of Aylsham. Walk through the grass on our 14 acre field or sit in the dappled shade of our mini arboretum. It's a 30 min scenic drive to many great beaches. We even have an aviation museum on site for those history fans! The property is also wheel chair friendly with ramp at both doorways, etc.
