Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. A 2 minute walk to Towan beach. Located right in the centre of Newquay close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Nicely laid out 1 bedroom apartment that will sleep up to 4 adults. The open plan lounge which includes the kitchen has an ‘A’ frame roof with Veluxes, a 49 inch TV and bifold doors leading to a decking area. The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

Fistral Suite, lovely room in amazing location

Ground floor room with own entrance super close to Fistral and Towan Beach and the town center with local bars and restaurants. Fistral Suite is a large room with 4 Poster bed, fireplace and stain glass windows making for a lovely stay in Newquay. It has its own private entrance, small toilet and shower room and parking right outside. Please see floor plan for layout. You also have a fridge, kettle and TV with Netflix’s, making your stay that little bit easier.
