Three bedroom, three bathroom house in St. Johns, located ten minutes from downtown. Upstairs includes an open concept kitchen with dining area. Living room has two sofas with a large tv. Master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, en-suite washroom with shower, walk-in closet and television. Second bedroom has a double bed. Downstairs features a pool table/bar area, gym, laundry room, and third bedroom with a queen bed and tv. The patio in the backyard has a private hot tub and bbq.

There is a lovely office that is perfect for work trips and also the second bedrooms Murphy bed can stow away for use of exercise equipment.
