This newly built cottage is located in a peaceful lifestyle block. Guests will have sole occupancy of the cottage. It has a great mountain view and the dark night sky reserve here. It's only 40 mins drive to Mt Cook National Park, 10 mins drive to Lake Pukaki. It is air-conditioned and provides all the necessary amenities and essentials to make your stay comfortable. A bedroom with a very comfy King size bed. A nice bathroom is completed with a waterfall-style shower head. Free parking.

Rose Cottage; Entire guesthouse. 1 Bedroom

You couldn't be in a better spot at Paraparaumu beach. located in a quiet street, with off road parking and plenty of privacy in our little cottage which is great for couples or a single person who are wanting to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet together. There are 9 steps down to the little cottage so, it's no good for anyone who has a physical impairment like wheelchair or walker. The bathroom is between the bedroom and kitchen, but this can be closed off from each end for privacy.

La Maisonette

La Maisonette cottage sits above an award winning garden of nearly an acre, guests are free to wander and sit among the sub tropical trees and plants. From the Juliet balcony you can enjoy a glass of local award winning wine whilst looking over the trees to the gulf islands in the distance. The cottage is decorated in a French provincial style with many original works of art from local artists and elsewhere. Everything you need is provided to make your stay special and memorable.

We have two beautifully furnished Villas set in Judgeford, Porirua, Wellington area close to all local amenities including cafe, restaurant, cinema and dairy. A further 15minute drive to supermarket, shops and more restaurants. The guesthouses are located away from the main house with your own private entrance and extra large car parking. Both Villas have their own ensuite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave and fridge.

This is a self contained guesthouse in our courtyard garden. We have views of the sea where you can check out the surf and enjoy colourful sunsets. It is a short walk to the beach. It is within a 15-20 walking distance to the local village ammenties including cafes, pharmacy, library and mini supermarket.
