There's great local eats, an incredible little theater for off Broadway shows, hiking, skiing, swimming, fishing, etc! In the winter there's a naturally occurring ice rink in the front yard and we have a bucket of skates for you to use if you wish. Feel free to bring your own skates or hockey sticks! Hit the slopes of Sunapee, Ragged, Pat's Peak and Whaleback all within 30min.

This is a tastefully renovated, 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath farm house right off interstate 89. It is 10 minutes to downtown New London, 15 minutes to Mount Sunapee and 25 minutes to Ragged Mountain.
