Cozy Woodland Cabin

If you seek rustic solitude, you'll love the cozy woodland cabin, a pine-paneled one-room cabin nestled in a meadow surrounded by forest and fields, +/- 2 blocks from the house and road. Weather permitting, vehicles can drive to the cabin. Cabin has electricity and heat, but NO running water. Outhouse behind cabin has a Nature's Head composting toilet. Guests may shower in a private bathroom in the main house. Breakfast included. This is "glamping" at its most comfortable and private.

The Vermont Suite is a private studio apartment attached to the farm house on one level with outdoor living, gas fire pit, and dining space. Air conditioned 1000 square foot, light filled studio with full kitchen and private bath in secluded rural setting 5 minutes from I 93 and in between Newfound and Squam Lakes. Ample private parking, private entrance, outdoor lawn with perennial gardens with dining table, chairs and grill. A stream runs through the property with trails alongside of it. Dogs love this place!

Corncrib Tiny House Glamping Cabin

Queen-sized bed in historic corncrib cabin in the heart of Vermont with gorgeous views of fields and forest. We also have several other rooms available. The tiny house comes with a queen sized bed in the loft. It has a private full bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower, tiny living room, dining area and full kitchen. It can accommodate one or two people.

Apartment on Main Street

One bedroom apartment with kitchenette (mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishes etc.), full bathroom with laundry, and open living space. I am an English teacher, so there are lots of books! Apartment is located in the Village of Saxtons River- within easy walking distance from the Market, Vermont Academy, our new Park, and Main Street Arts.
