It is private to only your group! The downstairs with all it offers, is for one or two person stays. The upstairs becomes available if you enter 3 or more people. If you are going to a concert at the Arena, working downtown, visiting Elliot Hospital, or needing a place to stay while in the Manchester area, it is the place for you. The location is an ideal 20 minutes from the Manchester/Boston Regional airport and 10 minutes from the Merrimack Premium Outlets as well as a wide variety of restaurants. Boston, skiing, the beach and the #1 most hiked mountain in the world are all about an hour away.

Bear Brook Trail Side Getaway & RV Park

Come stay in our peaceful one bedroom black bear themed unit. Cozy living room with games, smart tv, wifi, dvd player and movies. Great work space in bedroom. Unit has a full kitchen, full bath. Enjoy axe throwing, shoot some hoops or sit by the campfire (pending fire bans in drought conditions.) Hike to the brook and enjoy our trails on 15 acres. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.

Even though the main home is occupied, you may never see the occupants during your stay. You have a private drive, a private parking space, a private entrance. The home owners use the front doors and very seldom go into the back yard so it's almost like you're there alone.
