Located in a central yet peaceful area of Cappadocia, our modern 260 m² villa offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Enjoy relaxing moments on the spacious terrace, BBQ area, open kitchen, and large balcony surrounded by 100 different flowers. With 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with sofa beds, the villa is ideal for up to 10 guests. The property also offers both indoor and outdoor parking and is only 5–10 minutes away from all major attractions.
