Perched on the second floor, the windows offers scenic Pacific Ocean views beyond the parking area. One of the property's standout features is its expansive shared deck overlooking the beach, with direct access to the sandy shore below. There are two small bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Nestled in the heart of Oceanside, you can start your day with an artisanal latte at the beloved Blue Agate Cafe just a block away, or savor an unforgettable dinner at the nearby Roseanna's, a mere two doors down. Nature lovers will delight in Oceanside's unique coastal features. During low tide, explore fascinating tide pools hidden around the rocky outcropping. Year-round, enjoy the mesmerizing sight of waves crashing against the majestic Three Arch Rocks. Amenities include three Level 2 EV charging stations (two Tesla-specific and one J1772 universal connector) and complimentary shared laundry facilities, ensuring a comfortable extended stay. As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

Located within Oceanside, Oregon, 9 miles west of Tillamook. This oceanfront duplex is called Heart of The Hill because it is located right in the middle of Oceanside. The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. Family-friendly cabin with EPIC views of both Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean! Cabin features private stairs/access to the beach. There is a path/trail from our home to the stairs down to beach. Cabin is nestled among the trees on the quaint Pearl Street in the small community of Netarts. Outdoor covered deck and lower lawn area perfect for family time. Private stairway to beach below with fire pit. Few minutes walk down the road to local restaurant/bars/stores. Bay watching home!

Hummingbird Cottage is a vintage 1930's beach cottage. It has been our family retreat for 40 years and we now welcome you to make your own memories in one of the most scenic places on the Oregon coast! The cottage has 600 square feet with one bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a fold out couch. The living room has a view of Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern appliances. Coffee is provided for guests. Washer & dryer in cottage.

The upper of two charming units. The duplex is a 5-minute walk from the beach, in the heart of the quiet town of Oceanside. There are impressive views of the ocean from every room. The property has a private deck and full kitchen and is comfortably furnished with reliable wifi. House-trained dogs are welcome. Sorry, no other pets are allowed. We have a Ring doorbell with an inbuilt camera. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedding.
