A régi vincellérház a balatonszepezdi dombok lábánál található. 2019-ben lett teljes körűen felújítva, jól felszerelt konyha, panorámás terasz, nappali, étkező, fürdő, WC, és tetőtéri háló várja a nálunk pihenni vágyókat. A földszinten egy egyszemélyes kanapé, az emeleten franciaágy és egy kényelmes, kétszemélyes kanapéágy vár Benneteket. Kérésére babaágyat és további kiegészítőket is biztosítunk.

The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a stunning, newly-built and newly furnished, open plan apartment on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to its private garden and patio. The apartment is built on a slope, into the hill and it is truly relaxing. It is located in the picturesque Fonyódliget, surrounded by nature and hiking paths. The beach is less than 5 – 10 minutes walk away and Fonyód town centre is about a 15-20 minutes relaxing stroll by the lake.

Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.

Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
