Welcome to our well appointed private, sunny sleep out with large deck, park views, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre, with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 40 minutes, seven days a week. It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too. NB - you will need a Bee card or cash. Self check-in is offered and often early check-in or late check-out can be arranged.

"Seas The Moment" - The Commodore Suite

Situated under ten minutes drive to City, Beach, Golf Course, Airport. Overlooks the sea, mountains, beach. The Commodore Suite, situated on the entrance level of our house, is sunny, very warm, light and airy. One bedroom, bathroom, living area & kitchenette with 2 hobs, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer and bench top grill. BBQ available on the upper deck as is use of that deck. Washer and dryer available in our living area which guests always welcome to use. Not suitable for children.

We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance. It is 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and town . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.

The Cliffs Apartment

A 90m2 self-contained apartment on the lower level of our family home, it has off-street parking and a private entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom (king bed), bathroom, open plan dining, kitchenette and lounge. The property overlooks Tasman Bay with views of the Mountains and Sea. Six minutes drive to CBD, and 15 minutes to the airport. We are within walking distance of the waterfront cafes, restaurants, and Tahuna Beach.
