Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Casa Caroli|Dimore di Langa, charm in central Alba

Welcome to your home away from home! Casa Caroli is a detached house located in the center of Alba (100 m from piazza del Duomo). It’s a relaxing oasis with a courtyard and one free parking (it's also possible to reserve a second parking lot). It has three bedrooms (one bigger and two other smaller), a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. A/C in all the rooms. If you want to have a meal with a view, you can also find a patio and a terrace with table and chairs.

CASA VITTORIA - NEL CUORE DELL'ALTA LANGA

Nel cuore dell'Alta Langa, patrimonio dell'UNESCO, CASA VITTORIA, situata nel centro di Feisoglio, è un ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni in bicicletta, camminate nel verde e gite enogastronomiche. Disposta su due piani, è composta da cucina living, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno. Interamente in pietra di Langa, la casa si affaccia sul giardino da cui si può godere di un'ottima vista sul Monviso. Posizione ideale per raggiungere Alba patria della fiera del tartufo.

Ca'Delle Rondini - Vineyard Estate with Panorama

Esternamente i nostri ospiti potranno rilassarsi nel giardino privato ed avranno una piscina (10x4 metri) a loro totale diposizione.

Roero House - La Cascina

Vi aspetto nel centro storico di Magliano Alfieri, appena sotto l’antico Castello della famiglia Alfieri, in una posizione comoda per raggiungere Alba, Bra e le spledide colline delle Langhe e del Roero. Sono sommelier e per anni ho lavorato a stretto contatto con le cantine di questo territorio. Se amate il vino e la buona tavola, sarò felice non solo di ospitarvi, ma anche di aiutarvi a scoprire produttori, ristoranti e luoghi che vale davvero la pena conoscere.

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.
