Anneli's house with garden

The house is located in a walking distance from the beach of Volos and from the center. It is outside Greek style, but inside Scandinavian. All the rooms have A/C. Because it is in the end of an alley the place is very peaceful. You can experience an authentic Greek neighbourhood! Unfortunately not any kind of pets are allowed because my family also uses the house and we have seviere allergies. Because of the staircase the house is not suitable for people who have mobility difficulties.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η θέα που προσφέρει είναι μαγευτική! Οι εσωτερικοί χώροι είναι καθαροί και πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι με ότι χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης. Δραστηριότητες που μπορείτε να κάνετε εκτός τα ατελείωτα μπάνια και την απόλυτη χαλάρωση στο μπαλκόνι και την αυλή του σπιτιού είναι πεζοπορία από ιδιωτικό μονοπάτι μέχρι την γραφική Νταμούχαρη,ψάρεμα,βόλτες με τα πόδια στον Αη Γιάννη! Villa Rodi is a seafront property in Kato Gatzea, in a wonderful location, just 50 meters from the sea. Consists of a 150 sq meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there are an open space living room with fire place, the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and panoramic see view. The third bedroom has two single beds and garden view.
