Located in a central residential complex, in the heart of the city, next to shops, cafés, bars & traditional taverns. Less than a 5-minute walk from the university, the beach & the port. An ideal location for easy commuting without a car. No yard or balcony, but excellent value for money. Minimal decor, pleasant atmosphere.

Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms with A/C, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. There are many games, puzzles and books for children of different ages. The flat has underfloor heating. There is all the time hot water. If you want to use the fireplace, you can either bring your own wood or use mine, l charge 5€/basket.

It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.
