We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene of our Airbnb/VRBO or Short Term Rental properties in the Napa/Solano markets. As a Full Service Property Management Company in both Napa & Solano Counties, all of our properties are professionally cleaned and meticulously maintained. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) recommendations to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous: - Upon turnover of properties new clean linens are brought in and all linens on site, clean or soiled, are brought back to our commercial laundry facility and laundered using high quality detergents. - Our linens are only washed and dried using Commercial Machines yielding a thoroughly cleaned and dried linen ready to go for the our next guests. - Our Cleaning Teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols to help keep our guests safe. - We continue the use of hospital-grade disinfectants. - Unlike hotels, our typical guest stays 5 - 10 nights and is limited in the number of guests. Thereby drastically reducing exposure to large numbers of visitors. - We have increased the deployment of antibacterial sanitizers - this includes a professional grade cleaning bottle of “Clorox Bleach Disinfectant Solution” for your use while visiting. We manage many properties and have some available for 30-60 days. Luxurious downtown Napa home with designer quality finishes and furniture throughout.
