This spacious lower level, light -filled apartment has a large living area, private queen bedroom, and a lovely kitchenette.There is a queen sofa bed in the living room.The bathroom has a large rainfall shower.There is also a patio for guests to enjoy. This is a lower level apartment, so it is not handicapped accessible.There are 12 stairs. We also offer chartered fishing trips or harbor sunset cruises at an additional charge to our guests. Only 2 miles to the closest beach, 2.5 miles to town and walking distance to several restaurants. Bike paths and walking paths available at both ends of the street. Walk to Cisco Brewery just across the street and imbibe in the islands favorite microbrews. Bask in the sun at Nantucket's world renown beaches just 1 mile down the road.

Relaxation Awaits! Mid-Island Retreat

Our guest suite is a separate wing of the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. Perfect honeymoon suite. You must come into the backyard of the main house to access your suite. We do not allow pets in our guest suite. Our Airbnb is not suitable for infants or children. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per guest per night after the initial two guests. And please let us know if you are bringing a car so we can arrange parking.

Two-bedroom/ 1.5 bath suite in a restored historic building in Town and the only unit in the building accessed through the original front door. Refurbished in 2025, the unit combines Nantucket style with modern accents and upgrades. Minutes from Main St, walking distance to Steps Beach, and near free public transportation. Please note: this is a residential area and there is another apartment located above and next to you.
