Our beautiful home was only completed in October 2023, so it's all shiny & new. Peacefully situated on the banks of the river, with an abundant rainforest in the backyard. Only a 10 min walk to our beautiful main beach, our home is in the pefect location. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood you'll have the best of both worlds, with the bustle of the beach and then come home to your tranquil oasis. Pelican Cottage

Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

This brand-new separate one bedroom studio is directly across from a beautiful beach and has magnificent views of the ocean. There is a microwave, mini fridge, toaster, air fryer, jug and cutlery, plates etc. To get you started, tea, coffee and some breakfast items are provided. There are two cafes, a pub, chemist and beauty spa in Valla Beach. Choose between several surf beaches or a lagoon at the mouth of Deep Creek.
