This is Dannie’s place, brand new detached unit initially constructed for my father Dan, who passed away during the constuction. It features a full kitchen with all new appliances, washer and dryer and a nice open floor plan. The home is about 20 minutes from PDX, it is located in the Columbia River Gorge where you will find beautiful hiking trails, water falls, and endless water activities. Welcome to the "Parker Tract" river house, a modern retreat in the Columbia Gorge along the Washougal River with 200 feet of private riverfront and an incredible swimming and fishing hole. The house sits on just under two acres with beautiful forest, a huge lawn and fire pit, swing set, hot tub, 10-hole frisbee golf course, and all the privacy you could ask for only 45 minutes from Portland. The house is 2 BR, 2 BA. It is a perfect venue for a quiet weekend in a beautiful location.

The cabin was originally built in the 1920's as a vacation home for a predominate Portland Judge. A century later and the spirit of this escape is alive and well with a full remodel providing modern amenities in a beautiful and rustic setting.
