It is walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Corner, shops , restaurants and Muizenberg Station, yet peaceful and private.This sunny, self-contained studio is entirely separate from the main house, with a kitchenette, work area & free uncapped Fibre (35 up/25 down) making it perfect for digital nomads . Wooden sliding doors open onto a small deck, surrounded by a wonderful, aromatic garden.

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking inside the property. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road whom Patrol all the time

Blackwood Studio

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. The staircase down to the house is steep so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.
