We welcome you to our new modern house (2020) located on 52 private wooded acres, adjacent to our winery and the Blue Ridge. Designed and built by award winning Architect and wine maker, Barry Moss, it is gorgeous inside and out. Decks overlook the river, forest and mountain farms. A path leads down to the river beach. Walk up to the top of the mountain and experience the best wines and views of any winery in Virginia. Modern interiors with wood floors, granite counters, and tiled bathroom.

Charming log cabin nestled in a glen by the Shenandoah National Park is an ideal retreat for a romantic get-a-way. The first floor contains a beautiful kitchen, dining area, full bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, and cozy living room with a wood burning fire place. The second level holds the bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a half bathroom. There are two porches where guests can relax with their morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying the wooded and mountain views.

GE High Profile appliances and washer/dryer, granite counter tops and custom cabinets. Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom (with walk-in shower) and porch. Last mile+ is on a gravel road.

Thank you for your interest in staying here. We are taking every precaution possible to ensure the safety of our staff and guests by using CDC approved sanitizers exclusively and we are disinfecting all door handles, switches, remotes, cabinets, appliances etc. Your cabin is self check-in with private (key code) entrance, full kitchen and full bathroom. All amenities are open and operational at this time.

Moorman’s River Retreat

Beautiful setting, located within 5 minute drive to 3 wineries in White Hall, within 10 minutes to additional 3 wineries and 2 breweries. Hiking trails and nearby public access to the designated scenic Moorman's river for fishing, swimming or enjoying a picnic. Fishing and boating in lake just steps in front of cottage. Outdoor mini- grill available for cooking.

Mechums River Nature Retreat

Mechums River Nature Retreat is a place to get away from it all, but only 10 miles from downtown C'ville. Newly renovated solar powered cottage is set on 35 private acres. Trails lead to creeks, waterfalls and the Mechums River. Hammocks, tubes, and paddle boards are provided. The surrounding area is a mecca for walkers, runners and bicyclists.
