Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

Entire use of self contained unit and access to Spa (Bathers to be worn please as not a bath tub for bathing in but relaxing in, full kitchen with gas hotplates and oven, queen bed, if you require seperate beds then you must book for 3 adults and sofa bed will be available cannot sleep more than 4.
