While the room doesn't come with an ocean view, it has its own unique appeal that you're sure to appreciate.

If you've never been to Swan's Island before, we HIGHLY encourage you to visit our inn website. Simply search for Harbor Watch Inn, Swan's Island, Maine. You will find some very important information about the island and how to get around. Most importantly is the Maine DOT ferry that is the only way to reach the island. The unit featured here is a one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the only inn on the island.

Cozy hotel rental at the Acadia Hotel-Downtown. Built in 1884 as a private home, located in the village Center. Private room with full bathroom, QUEEN size bed, cable tv, mini fridge, & wifi. Quite, clean, and the best price in town. These rooms tend to be on the smaller size, and do have SMALL bathrooms. If you are looking for a larger space, look for our Suite Airbnb listing, or book direct though the hotel.

Theoline room

This small, first floor waterfront room is in our historic Main House Inn, and has a large picture window facing the harbor and mountains of Mount Desert Island! Perfect for those who will be spending more time hiking and on the beach It has a queen bed with a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. No A/C, fans provided. Not pet friendly. *Complimenary Wine & Cheese night cancelled for 2021*

Mansell Port is a cozy, small harbor view studio efficiency on the 2nd floor that has 1 queen bed, kitchenette, pull-out sofa, private bathroom, TV, wifi, private balcony, and a gas fireplace. Situated across the street from the Manset town dock, these newly-renovated rooms are situated above a tavern, and have incredible views of the harbor. Rooms are appointed with king beds, private baths, televisions with house Netflix and Hulu accounts, wifi, and coffee makers.
