Henry's House is an adorable cottage that's a throwback to old-fashioned island houses, but it was built in 2017. It was designed by renowned architect Eric Moser and the interiors were done by an HGTV insider. It's minutes from beaches, restaurants and shopping. We'd love for you to come to our beloved little house, because anyone who adores a Gulf Coast barrier island is in our tribe. You can even bring your dog! There's a shady fenced yard for him to play in.

Welcome to Cottage on Caroline, a precious and happy home that is in Old Dauphin Way Historic District A neighborhood that is enjoying revitalization and value appreciation. The entire home was renovated. The ceilings are 10' and the hardwood floors are original and full of character. Huge fenced backyard. Dauphin St Entertainment District is a 5 minute walk away.
