This unit is a 3rd floor walk-up, reminiscent of those old Chicago buildings with the back balconies. It's perfectly located along Brady Street, just minutes from the Adler Theater, the River Center, Palmer School of Chiropractic, Daytrotter Studios, Analog Arcade and the numerous restaurants, bars, and other entertainment venues located in the downtown area, and along the Mississippi River.

My Awesome Fort Above The Garage!

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

Relax in your private basement apartment, and enjoy the outdoors with our heated family pool (open end of May till beginning of October-shared with the owners), hot tub (open year round-private to you), fire pit, and walking trails. We are 10 minutes from Amish country in Kalona where you can check out the Sale Barn, shop at antique stores, eat cheese curds at Kalona Creamery, and more. Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City is about 35 minutes away. Riverside Casino is about 15 minutes away.
