Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. NO FISHING , SWIMMING OR WIFI

Spring Cabin

Tucked away in a remote spot over looking the Golden Valley , this peaceful retreat is the ideal place for your weekend getaway . Only 2 hours from London Spring Cabin is quiet and secluded with the countryside on your doorstep. The cabin is attached to the hosts property so is not entirely self contained but has a fridge , toaster and kettle for your basic needs . There is an outside lounge area with barbeque and fire pit for romantic evenings watching the stars .

Access to many beautiful countryside walks. 3 mins walk to National Trust - Coughton Court. Next door to Country pub with delicious food. 20 mins drive to Shakespeare's Stratford town centre. Sofa can turn into sofa bed for one extra person. Workspace with desk and chair.

Rectory Farm Retreat

Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds, the Retreat is situated within a secluded & idyllic south-facing meadow. Lounge in your private area by summer and cozy up by the log-burner come autumn, the Retreat is a perfect escape for any season. Relax and soak your troubles away in the hot tub (available at extra cost) whilst gazing at the stars sipping champagne. Please note there is no electricity at this site. Your dog is welcome too, for a small surcharge.

Lakeside Lodge- 'Lapwing'

Escape to this beautifully designed private lakeside lodge, perfect for two and set right on the water’s edge. Enjoy your own hot tub and deck with outdoor seating, a stylish open-plan living space, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and handmade double bed. Wild swimming, SUP, saunas and a wide range of fitness and wellness sessions are available at an additional cost. With no TV or WiFi, it’s the perfect place to truly switch off, unwind and reconnect.

Pond side Shepard’s hut

A Brand new cosy Shepards hut for two, Relax in the countryside just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. Our beautiful Shepards hut has all you need for a relaxing and peaceful get away. It is completely on its own with totally private use of all the space you can just relax and forget about the world during your stay. The Shepards hut is a cosy space with views of of our beautiful horses to the front and a lovely nature pond to the left.

Bushcombe House Lodge

Bushcombe House Lodge is a purpose built lodge style unit in its own grounds and with stunning views. Modern in style, the Lodge has been completed to a similarly high standard as the Farm house and for which the Badhams are again to be congratulated on what they have achieved. The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
