LAFAYETTE STAND-ALONE COTTAGE HIDEAWAY

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

Sweet Suite!

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

Cozy contemporary cottage in downtown Lafayette. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and BART. Located on a quiet private road with onsite parking. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, spices, oils, coffee and tea. Perfectly situated and close to all that the Bay Area has to offer. Nearby hiking and biking trails allow guests to enjoy the outdoors. Fishing and boat rentals at the Lafayette Reservoir are other activities within a short distance from the cottage.

Mt. Diablo view 2 Bedroom/ King & Queen Suite

Our private 2 bedroom suite with amazing views of Mt. Diablo is located in a suburb of San Francisco and Berkeley called Lafayette in the East Bay. We neighbor Walnut Creek and are close to Hwys. 24/680. We are a 5-8 minute drive to the Lafayette BART station. San Francisco is a 25 minute train ride and when there is no traffic a quick 30 minute drive to downtown SF (with traffic add another 15-20 minutes). CAL or St. Mary's College bound? We are about 15-20 minutes away.

A 450 sqft charming studio with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. Private Apartment with Kitchenette!

Private apartment w/separate entrance from home. Includes bedding, wifi, bathroom w/shower, kitchenette, dishwasher and tv for use. Beds are: 1 king and 1 sofa bed. There is not a traditional stove. Our place is intended for travelers or working individuals, not people looking for a place to hang out all day. Shared outdoor space with another unit. There will be noise. We do keep quiet between 10 pm - 8am on weekends and 9pm - 7am weekdays.

Cozy 2BR/1BA in Downtown

The 2B1b apartment is located in the center of Lafayette, a lovely and vibrant town in the East Bay of San Francisco. It is a safe and pleasant neighborhood with lots of outdoor activities including summer free concerts on weekends. The public transportation is outside this building, BART is minutes away, and walkable to many local’s favorite restaurants and supermarkets. Downtown Walnut Creek, St Mary’s College and UC Berkeley are nearby.
