Step back in time at this 1880s miner’s cottage in historic Moonta Mines. Built over 140 years ago and extended in the early 1900s by the man who built many Yorke Peninsula roads, it still features the dining room, kitchen and bathroom he added. Lovingly owned for 12+ years and renovated twice, the cottage blends original stone walls and low doorways with modern comforts, a cozy wood fire, a well-equipped indoor & outdoor kitchen, and a big backyard perfect for BBQs under the dark night stars.

*Loose supplied linen option available or BYO* Newly renovated property situated on the beachfront with near 180deg views. No roads between the property and the beach with convenient stairway access to beach at the front. Neighbouring property, Sandcastles 2 Moonta Bay may also be of interest depending on availability and your group size. Note, a security camera at Sandcastles 1 shed monitors the rear of property where property is entered and rubbish bins are stored for security.

Coast Road Beach House - 300mtr to the beach.

Great place to relax and enjoy time with the family. 3 bedroom house, accommodates up to 6. Ducted reverse air-conditioning for all year round comfort. Board games, books and DVD's supplied. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard with basketball court to keep children entertained for hours. Weber BBQ. Fish cleaning sink. Linen is NOT provided. Quilts and pillows provided. Linen can be arranged for a small fee. Great patio area to enjoy meals together. NO PETS allowed. No Parties allowed.
