Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. This 1- bedroom apartment is a half mile walk to Cape Neddick Beach, yet tucked away in the privacy of the woods. When the surf is up you can hear the waves crashing on the nearby rocky cove and the clang of the ocean bell buoy. Also conveniently located within 3 miles of York Beach, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Golf Course, and the Cliff House Resort. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.

New condo unit at Compass Pointe Club, located on the Wells/Ogunquit town-line. Only one mile to Footbridge Beach and a quick 3-minute drive to downtown Ogunquit. Short drive to the supermarket and to great restaurants. Beautiful views of the Ogunquit River basin, with the Atlantic ocean peaking out beyond. The location cannot be beat.
