La Casita del Norte is a private, bright, self-contained apartment in a small building separate from our home – a relaxing retreat in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of Vermont College, State House and downtown Montpelier. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer -- we just installed air conditioning! WE ARE FOLLOWING AIRBNB’S ENHANCED CLEANING AND SANITIZING PROTOCOL TO MAKE YOUR STAY AS SAFE AND WORRY-FREE AS POSSIBLE. Lovely 2-bedroom close to everything, Potter’s Place is the perfect hub for your stay in Vermont. Only 30-40 minutes to Stowe, Bolton, Sugarbush, and plenty of amazing Nordic trails, the space provides a welcoming retreat after a day of skiing, hiking, or biking. If biking is your thing, the apartment backs up to the Cross Vermont Trail, and is a great jumping off point for adventure. The apartment is also a short (10-15 minute) walk to downtown and all the shops on Main and State Street.

Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. The design plan is clean lines, minimalist decor and efficient energy use.
