I live across the street & clean and sanitize, so I know it is done properly. Note: Optional (additional charge) game room available.

Basement apartment featuring a cozy reading nook, washer and dryer, WiFi, and TV with access to all streaming services. Guests have separate entrance on the side of the house and parking in driveway. Perfect for two but can sleep up to four. No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. We also have fans available and we constantly run a dehumidifier to circulate the air and keep away moisture.

Because the Cozy Cottage is located on the inside of peninsula, there is no direct access to the lake; however, there is a public dock and lake access approximately two blocks away.
