Idyllic countryside house

An idyllic countryside retreat in an old Montenegro peasant stone house, surrounded by grapevines, pomegranates, quince and fig trees, and with a great view on the mountains. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Durmitor Sunset is located in Pošćenski kraj, 5.5 kilometers from Žabljak. Guests have access to almost 3000 square meters of yard space, free parking, Wi-Fi, and barbecue equipment, with an impressive view of Durmitor and magical sunsets. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with spectacular views. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped and modern. Artist's Home Skadar Lake is placed in beautiful village Karuc with amaying view on Skadar lake. The house is dedicated to enjoying nature, art and cultural heritage. The building is made of natural materials with large glass surfaces that open to the courtyard, thus making the interior and exterior a single space. The property offers a beautiful view of the lake. The house abounds in charming improvisations that contribute to visual harmony, comfort and functionality.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.
