It has a fully equipped kitchen, king bed in bedroom & queen sleeper sofa living room, with a washer/dryer. A large covered porch overlooks old growth redwoods, the cottage garden and is always a favorite spot for guests meals. The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.
