The humble cottage is 600 sq feet. Super clean and efficient. The private and quiet cottage includes a kitchenette, bathroom w/ shower, deck, carport and a loft bedroom w/ air cooler. It is comfortably romantic for 2 , safe & affordable for solo travelers.

Super clean 1-bedroom guesthouse located in peaceful Phoenix Lake Estates—10 minutes from historic downtown Sonora. 80 miles to Yosemite, 21 miles to Pinecrest Lake, 29 miles to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, and close to two casinos.
