Master Bedroom - The master bedroom features a queen bed and is located on the top floor. It has closet space for storage. It also features a flat screen Roku TV with YoutubeTV along with a couch. Bedroom #2 - The second bedroom features a full bed with a closet for storage. Master Bathroom (Top Floor) - The master bath has a large vanity as well as a walk-in shower, toilet & storage for towels. Bathroom #2 (Main Floor) - This bathroom features a relaxing soaker tub, vanity, and toilet. Kitchen - The kitchen features fully equipped stainless steel appliances and includes the following: - Microwave - Electric Range - Keurig single-serve coffee maker - Refrigerator with water/ice dispenser - Dishwasher - Plates, cups, bowls, wine glasses - Utensils - Blender - Pots & pans - Coffee filters Living Room - The living room features two large couches & a coffee table. There is a large flat screen TV with Roku and YoutubeTV. Dining Room - The dining area holds 4 chairs. It can be used as a formal dining area to enjoy dinner or a casual work space. Top Floor Lounge Area - The space at the top of the spiral staircase has a couch and a DoubleSun Telescope to let you explore the universe. Outdoor Areas - The back patio is likely one of the more popular hangout areas of the house. It features a large, four-burner grill. It also includes patio chairs & a table. It gives a great view of an open space known for deer sightings. The side patio features a table and chair for two. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. There is also a campfire area on the rear side of the house, for late evening smores! - Guests have full access to the entire home, back patio, and all outside spaces. - Guest have access to all towels, linens, pillow cases & paper products. - The house is a short walk to Fire Ridge Golf Course. Cozy Country cabin Jr is overlooking the water in a serene and peaceful setting, take your coffee out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife.Catch and release fishing is permitted and there is a paddle boat and a v bottom available, in the summer there is swimming and You will be renting the entire cabin but the pond will be shared by tenants if the large cabin is booked.The pond is approximately 2 3/4 acres so there is lots of space,our grandchildren have permission to swim there in the summertime

Arrowhead Ridge Off-Grid Cabin #2 No hidden fees!

This new cabin is one of two on the property. Both cabins are private and off-grid (no power or running water). This cabin is accessed through a mowed field by a camp Jeep (provided) and has the amenities shown in the photos. It overlooks a creek and is a great place to view wild-life and get back to nature and unplug from the hectic pace of life. Play cards/games, read, hike and make memories.
