All tents come with a fireplace and smart TV for relaxing evenings indoors. Full kitchenettes with dishware and Keurig coffee stations. Private bathrooms equipped with luxury amenities. *NO PETS- For the safety of our resident animals, pets are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances. This includes any service animals as well. Occupancy: Each Tent has a strict accommodation maximum policy of 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children per bungalow. Visitors: Friends or family visitors are allowed at an additional fee of $20 per person. Visitors are only permitted during the day/evening and cannot stay overnight unless they book their own room. The tent has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, a set of shelves and drawers for storage, and front porch to relax on. There is a fire pit, outhouses, outdoor showers (cold only!), trails in the woods to roam, and stream to wade in. Bring your groceries - there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, fridges, and all the necessities!

We are located 2 miles from the small town of Guilford, NY that has, small picturesque Guilford Lake.

Site includes a 10 ft by 10 ft screenhouse, picnic table, and outhouse, fire pit, 2 chairs, but no bed. Have 115 acres of farm to explore along the creek, swim in the creek, bring your kayak, tube down the river, or fish for trout in the creek.
