Adorable Little Studio Apartment close to downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. On 6th Street, across from the Ivinson Mansion. This apartment is within walking distance to downtown and the University of Wyoming. It has a queen size bed, full bath and essential kitchen items. Once a house, this building was converted into an 11 unit apartment building in the 1930’s. We have recently updated this unit and continue with renovations as time and weather allows. Please note that the A/C is seasonal.

Fully furnished apartment with complete kitchen and a great view up Rock Creek Canyon. This is a very private apartment separate from main house. Bathroom has toilet, shower and sink...private from the rest of the apartment. Property is directly on Rock Creek and includes WiFi and smart TV. Only 5 miles from Red Lodge. Queen bed in bedroom and the couch in living room is a queen hide-a-bed. My neighbor's bedroom is only 40 feet away, so I will not accept any loud motorcycles.

The location is walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops. We have 7 suites and a beautiful lobby that are modern and luxurious, with lots of historical character and texture as a nod to its previous existence as the Grant Hotel from 1895 to 1933. Suite 203 is almost 1400 square feet and is located on the 2nd floor.
