Nestled on 5 wooded acres, this A-frame offers a secluded and serene retreat for friends, families, and couples alike. The Lily Pad

If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a separate one room king bed cottage, with a front porch, between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away (attached to our home for plumbing purposes). Enjoy the serenity of the ponds and birds. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything.

PLEASE NOTE: There is NOT a full kitchen. Located near The Baseball Hall of Fame, Brewery Ommegang, Glimmerglass Festival as well as the many area shops and restaurants!

Cooperstown Modern Studio

A spacious, modern studio with a full kitchen, dining area, WiFi, BBQ, washer/dryer and TV. This is the ground level unit of a two unit property. Located minutes from the Cooperstown Dreams Park baseball camp, Otesaga Hotel, the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Ommegang Brewery by car. Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta are 25 min. June through September the apartment books on a six day rotation in coordination with the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament schedule.

We're located on 2 rivers, in a beautiful scenic valley near Cooperstown, 5 miles from Dreamspark, and one minute to the Cooperstown Train, which offers various themed rides as well as hand carts. We're 3 miles from famous Ommegang, and 2 other breweries! 20 miles south is Hanford Mills, an authentic 19th century water powered factory!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. For several hundred years our family has been a part of the Cooperstown community and we look forward to sharing it with you! On over 20 acres of land , you can explore the beautiful landscape of water and woods. Just over the hill from Otsego Lake. Only 3.9 miles (8 min) to Cooperstown’s Main Street in the spring, summer and fall and 5.7 miles (10 min) in winter.

This guest suite has all the comforts of home. It's a comfortable walk or bike ride to the Hall of Fame, historic downtown, the Farmer's Museum and beautiful Otsego Lake. A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. Please note, there is no TV or cable in the suite. Just Wi-Fi.
