Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

The Schoodic National Scenic Byway is on the far side of Long Cove, and you can hear some traffic noise from outside the RV, but for complete silence check out my other two places by looking at "about me" on my profile.

Two story, newly renovated, four season cabin with 1000 square feet of living space sits in a wooded cove off an easily-accessible rural paved road. Centrally located between the two units of Acadia National Park (Mount Desert Island and Schoodic Peninsula) and the beautiful, quiet lakes and mountains of the Donnell Pond Maine State Preserve. Although not on the water, there is access to our private Taunton Bay shore, 3.5 miles away.

Our family owned glampground is just 4 miles from Acadia N.P. This tent has a fully accessible bathroom, a comfy queen bed and bunk bed, outfitted kitchenette, kitchen table and outside deck. Glimpses of water & access to 300’ of the Benjamin River Harbor shore. 2 seasonal cabins; 1 studio cabin. Centrally located on the Blue Hill Peninsula near Deer Isle, the cabins offer access to outdoor activities, cultural events, restaurants & shops.

Watch the lobster boats work their traps just in front of the house. Not appropriate for small children. Sorry, NO PETS, we're allergic :-(
